If you send us a message via the contact or enquiry form, your details (e.g. name, e-mail address, phone number, travel dates and message) are transmitted to us as an e-mail via our web server at ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Germany) and stored in our e-mail inbox. We use this data solely to process your enquiry and for the resulting correspondence (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is not passed on to third parties. To prevent misuse, an anonymised checksum of your IP address is stored for a maximum of 10 minutes. We delete your enquiry once it has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. for a resulting booking).
